Rosebank 1991 Connoisseurs Choice Whisky
From the Connoisseurs Choice Range of Whisky - by Gordon and MacPhail
Distilled July 1991
Rosebank was established in the 1840's. It operated on one side of the Forth and Clyde canal, with Camelon distillery on the other. It is one of those rare malts produced using triple distillation. The distillery fell silent in 1993, and since the Rosebank stills have been stolen, there's little chance of it ever becoming a running distillery for a long time to come.
