Pelorus Cloudy Bay Sparkling Wine. Pelorus is produced by the traditional method from predominantly chardonnay grapes grown in Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A blend of selcted vintages, Pelorus is aged for a minimum of two years on yeast lees. It exhibits all the hallmarks of a chardonnay based sparkling wine; fresh and apple crisp, underpinned by yeast complexity.
