Cardhu 1973 27 Year Old Rare Malts Selection
Released in the second part of 2000, Distilled in 1973.
Cardhu - meaning the black rock in Gaelic (if you use the Gaelic spelling - Creag Dubh) - Pronounced Kardoo.
Since 2004 the distillery is known as Cardow, but still used the Cardhu name on its Single Malts!
There was 2 releases of Cardhu within the Rare Malts Selection range:
a 1973 25 Year Old Cardhu at 60.50%
and a 1973 27 Year Old Cardhu at 60.02% (this one)
