Traditionally lightly peated Bruichladdich, matured in Bourbon Casks to replace the 10 Year Old which of course is now sold out. Casks selected by Jim McEwan, Bottled on Islay using it's legendary spring water, without colouring or chill-filtering. Bruichladdich's tall stills and slow distillation produce the most sophisticated Islay whisky.
